1. Processing Time
Each item is handcrafted to order, so please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Larger or custom orders may take longer.
2. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for the full shipping fee, and risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Packaging & Care
We package each item with care to protect it in transit. Because our products are unique and fragile, please handle them gently upon delivery.
4. No Insurance or Free Replacement
Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we do not offer free replacement for lost or damaged packages, but we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. For peace of mind, we recommend customers choose shipping insurance at checkout.
5. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. Delivery times may vary by destination, and we cannot guarantee customs processing times.
6. Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Customers are responsible for monitoring their package until it arrives safely.
